With over 50 years of distinguished legal practice, Atty. Cesar T. Ching is the driving force behind the success and legacy of Ching Law Firm. Atty. Cesar Ching’s legal career spans a wide range of practice areas, including civil litigation, property and land title law, family law, estate settlement, and corporate legal affairs. MARGARET R. CHING

Atty. Margaret R. Ching is a seasoned lawyer with over a decade of experience in litigation, real estate transactions, and corporate registration in the Philippines. She has successfully handled a wide range of legal cases, including family cases (such as declaration of nullity of marriage, adoption, support), property cases (such as ejectment, boundary disputes, recovery of ownership), criminal, administrative and labor cases.

Atty. Margaret passed the 2010 Philippine Bar Examination after earning her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines - Diliman College of Law in 2009. After taking the bar, she gained international legal experience as a legal executive at Characterist LLC, a prestigious full-service law firm in Singapore. There, she specialized in conveyancing and real estate transactions, collaborating with top real estate agencies, banks, and government offices.

VIN R. CHING

He also served as coach for De La Salle University’s teams in the ILC Sports Law Cup, leading his students to win the Best Overall Memorial Award. His experience in coaching sharpened his skills in legal research, writing, and mentoring future litigators.
