	Mr. Ching was appointed by the Louisiana Supreme Court to the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for a three-year term of office.                               Our San Diego Office is now open servicing the needs of clients in the United States and around the World.                               From 1998 to 2001 Mr. Ching was chosen to be the Chairman of Immigration and Labor Law Committee of the Inter Pacific Bar Association. In 2001 he was elected as US Representative jurisdiction council member for a two year term.                              Nurses wanted! The Law Office of Joseph E. Ching was established in 1988. From its inception, the firm has been providing proficient services to corporate clients as well as individuals. Areas of practice include immigration and general business law.

Over the years, Mr. Ching has successfully represented multinational, domestic corporations, and individual clients. He has provided consultations regarding investments, family, and employment based immigration and non-immigration cases.
